Pondside Pulp and Paper, located in Norwich, NY was established by artist, June Tyler in 1995. As of 2022, June has decided to close her studio to the public and focus her time on her own work. Pondside Pulp and Paper celebrated its 25th anniversary during the summer of 2021 and in celebration June Tyler organized an exhibition showing artwork of past workshop participants.
June has spent most of her professional career teaching. She taught drawing and design classes at SUNY Oneonta from 1995 till her retirement in June 2017. She also taught papermaking and printmaking classes at Hartwick College from 2001 to 2014. She has taught workshops in papermaking and printmaking in the northeastern US. Her work has been exhibited in national and international juried, invitational and solo shows.
